冶炼工艺  依托偏心底电弧炉与 LF 钢包精炼炉，量身打造高效短流程炼钢生产线。偏心底实现无渣出钢，从源头锁住钢水纯净度，为 优质铸件筑牢根基；LF 钢包精炼炉则以毫米级控温、精准成分调配及深度净化，大幅提升产品的内在品质与性能稳定性。双炉高 效联动，以灵活工艺适配特种钢、合金钢件的多元化定制需求。 Relying on eccentric bottom tapping electric arc furnaces (EBT EAF) and LF ladle refining furnaces, we have tailor-made  a high-efficiency short-process steelmaking production line. The EBT EAF enables slag-free tapping, which locks in the  purity of molten steel at the source and lays a solid foundation for high-quality castings; the LF ladle refining furnaces,  on the other hand, feature millimeter-level temperature control, precise composition adjustment and deep purification,  significantly enhancing the internal quality and performance stability of products. With the efficient linkage of the two  furnaces, we can adapt to the diverse customization needs of special steels and alloy steel components through flexible  processes
